A McKie Building & Engineering Services Ltd (AMBES) are a Civil Engineering and Building services Contractor based in Irvine,
North Ayrshire.
Initially established in 1997, the business first began operating as a sole trader offering both “labour-only” and “subcontract”
building trades services to principal Contractors and in 2004 obtained Limited Company status. We continue to offer labour-only and subcontract
services but also provide direct services to Client organisations.
We specialise in Civil and Rail Engineering and have the benefit of a strong management team with extensive experience in both these sectors.
We undertake a wide range of Civil Engineering related construction activities such as Station Platform improvements, Viaduct Refurbishment and
walkway improvements, Scour Protection and Preventative Maintenance to Tunnels
